For the third year in a row, Dullnig claimed the top spot in the Farm & Ranch category. He reported 45 transactions last year that yielded $171.1 million in total gross sales of farm and ranch properties. Dullnig’s largest single sale happened in June 2022 when he sold more than 6,200 acres in Mason County, Texas, for $31 million. He topped the list in 2021 with gross closed sales of $323 million. In 2020, Dullnig’s gross closed sales were $136.3 million.
