Boerne is about 30 miles northwest of San Antonio. The 138-acre property at 124 Texas Highway 46 has a 4,800-square-foot Spanish Revival main house with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a large living area decorated as a hunting lodge and includes a bar with a thatched roof. The owner’s wing has an outdoor courtyard with a private hot tub. In addition, the house has a theater room with a concession stand, a wet bar, a projection room and a powder room. The property also has three guest casitas with fireplaces, wet bars and ensuite bathrooms, two barns, stables, a greenhouse — and an indoor shooting range.
Arroyo Vista Ranch comprises multiple parcels, the outlet reported. The Kendall County Appraisal District values the one where the main house sits at $2.5 million. The house sits in a valley surrounded by cliffs. The property includes 1,800 feet of state highway frontage and a 1-mile stretch of Frederick Creek that includes a horseshoe bend, two wells and a spring.
