Helen Mays Pavilion: Large, covered open air pavilion with a concrete slab foundation. Includes electricity, large rock grill, fire ring, 2 separate restrooms with hot/cold water and shower facilities. Perfect for team building activities and company picnics. Accommodates 60 for overnight use.
Arts and Crafts Pavilion: Covered program area for art and craft projects or any messy activities. Equipped cold water sink. Concrete slab foundation.
Spider’s Web: Intimate outdoor meeting place with benches suitable for presentation to a group. Seats approximately 50.
Water Features:
Swimming Pool: In ground, holds up to 35 people. Benches and chairs for poolside relaxing plus picnic area nearby.
River: A short walk from the main camp, enjoy the serenity of a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River lined with grand trees. Perfect for wading, fishing and picnics.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Bunkhouse: Enclosed building with a sitting area and 3 bedrooms with bunk beds, accommodating 18. Two bathrooms and 2 showers with hot/cold water. Multiple electrical outlets and ceiling fans. Fire ring available for outdoor cooking and evening events. Concrete slab foundation.
Men’s Quarters: Enclosed building with electricity and a wall air conditioner. One bathroom and 2 showers with hot/cold water. Concrete slab foundation.
Cabins: The original back-to-nature screened-in cabins! 17 cabins; each cabin has beds for up to 5 people, with 4 cabins sleeping 6. Concrete slab foundations.
Unit Kitchens: Four covered, screened-in outdoor gathering and dining spaces with benches and tables. Each has its own fire ring for outdoor cooking and evening events. Four facilities available nested with corresponding groups of cabins to make social activities a breeze. Concrete slab foundations.
Fencing: Perimeter low fencing.
Terrain-Vegetation:Gently rolling with open pasture, mature Live Oak trees around improvements. Huge Cypress trees along the river edge.
Utilities: Water well and septic.
