929± Acres TWISTED OAK RANCH, Goliad County

2737 FM 622,  Goliad, TX, 77963

Description: Named after the abundant and diverse species of oak trees found on the property, Twisted Oak Ranch presents a rare opportunity to own a large tract with a good mixture of dense brush, heavy oak forest, and cleared pasture. Twisted oak ranch is ideal for grazing cattle and utilizing the brush for native species including whitetail deer, turkeys and javelina.

Improvements: There is very little structural improvement on the property, leaving a blank canvas for the new owners to start something new.
