Water: This ranch has tremendous surface water having 5 nice lakes. The largest when full is 20± acres and another 8± acres. All of the lakes are believed to be 25 feet deep. The 20-acre lake has a water system that pulls water, and filters it to a 5,000 gallon concrete storage tank. Several of the lakes offer good bass fishing, duck hunting and dove hunting. This area is known for having good clay, allowing for surface water to last through the droughts. Chueco Creek traverses the property for about 3.5± miles. This seasonal creek provides runoff for lakes and holds pools of water during wet times. It also adds good tree cover for game.

Vegetation: This ranch has all of the necessary browse to grow very large whitetail deer, and carry an abundance of game. Brush species include Guajillo, Guayacon, Persimmon, Blackbrush, Whitebrush, Tasajillo, Prickley Pear, Granjeno and many more.

Wildlife: This ranch has an abundance of native wildlife including whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove, ducks and fish. The ranch was highfenced in 2008 with the goal of taking the native deer herd to a new level. The owner has been dedicated to serious trophy hunting and is under Level 3 MLDP since 2010. Several 170 B/C class bucks have been harvested, along with a handful of 160 B/C class.
