Water: There is no shortage of water on this ranch. With 6 lakes and 2 irrigation water wells, this ranch is one of the best watered ranches in South Texas for its size. Two irrigation wells pipe water through an 8 inch pipe to all 6 lakes on the ranch. The most recent well was drilled 2 years ago and has an 8 inch casing and is run on a diesel engine. The irrigation wells are tied together and are believed to be 1000± feet deep. They run 500 GPM and 700 GPM respectively. The lakes vary in size with 12± acres being the largest.
