The well is complemented by 3 tanks on the property. Both the west and north tanks offer good bass fishing. All of the tanks were completely dug out in 2011, and when full are believed to be 12+ feet deep.

 

Wildlife: This high-fenced ranch offers great native whitetail deer hunting. The ranch record whitetail is 219 B/C with several mid-180 class deer taken over the years. Along with an impressive deer herd, are good quail and dove populations. Wildlife includes whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove, javelin, hogs and varmints. Good bass fishing is offered in 2 of the 3 tanks. The east tank has been a sound dove hunting tank over the years. Last aerial survey (9/17) shows a buck to deer ration of 1:1 and fawn crop of 50%. Ranch has successful predator control, and as a result has been able to achieve a deer fawn rate of 60-80%.

Vegetation: The ranch consists of all of the necessary South Texas browse to grow large whitetail deer and carry an abundance of wildlife. The brush is very diverse and varies from thick areas to fairly open area that are quail friendly. Brush species include Guayacon, Kidneywood, Black Brush, Persimmon, White Brush, Guajillo, Tasajillo, Prickly Pear and several more.

Minerals: Surface sale only. There are not any oil or gas leases.

Taxes: $2,759.49. Wildlife exemption.

Location: This property is located 16± miles southwest of Uvalde, 35± miles east of Eagle Pass and 100± miles from San Antonio, Texas. The ranch fronts on FM 481 for 1.4± miles.
